Cancellation & Refund Policy

At India Travel Hub, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. By Customer

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
  • Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

b. No Show Policy

  • If the customer does not show up on the travel date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

c. By India Travel Hub

  • In rare cases, if we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), customers will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative travel date/package (subject to availability)

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • The refund amount will be credited using the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Last-minute bookings
  • Special promotional or discounted packages
  • Entry tickets, permits, and third-party bookings

4. Modification Policy

  • Any changes to bookings (date, vehicle, package) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for modifications should be made at least 72 hours prior to the travel date.

5. Force Majeure

India Travel Hub shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Political unrest
  • Government regulations
  • Strikes or other unforeseen events

No refunds will be issued in such cases, but we will try to provide alternatives where possible.
